Brita Wallace has years of experience in infill development. She is an expert of the Land Development Code and associated Criteria Manuals. She has expertise in problem solving with City Staff for permitting and code compliance issues. She has advocated with Council both for specific projects and in support of pro-housing policy changes.

Brita Wallace was the president of the Austin Infill Coalition, a 330 person infill builder group, and is currently on the Board of Directors. She is also a Commission on the City of Austin’s Design Commission. She was a member of the City’s Equity-Based Preservation Plan working group and highly involved in the Land Development Code Rewrite, both via Austin Infill Coalition and the Urban Land Institute. She has spoken on a number of panels as an infill development expert.
